Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, prescribing medications and therapies as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a primary care or urgent care setting.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
