Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and diseases Perform dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and cleanings Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure high-quality care Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree State dental license or eligibility to obtain Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Familiarity with dental software and technology is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Schedule: 4-day workweek
Daily Volume: 12-15 with the dentist, 12-16 with the hygienist
New Patient Volume: 40-50 per month
5 fully-equipped operatories
Support Staff: 4 dental assistants, 2 dental hygienists, a front desk member, and an office manager
Technology: Dentrix Ascend, digital X-rays, panoramic X-ray, and intraoral cameras
Must be board-certified
Compensation & Benefits: Collections-based earnings of up to $1 million annually
