As a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality emergency care and managing acute medical situations. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in emergency situations Provide immediate care and stabilize patients as needed Collaborate with nursing staff and other physicians Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Communicate effectively with patients and their families Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions Stay current with medical best practices and emergency protocols Manage a variety of medical emergencies in a timely manner
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid medical license to practice in the state Board certification in Emergency Medicine is preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice Previous experience in emergency medicine is a plus
Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts
Annual Census: 30k patients
Must be board-certified
