As a Locum MD/DO, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive medical services to our patients, ensuring their health and well-being. You will work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. Provide primary care services to patients of all ages Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions Develop and implement patient care plans Prescribe medications and therapies as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Educate patients about health management and preventive care Participate in continuing education and training opportunities
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid medical license to practice in the state Minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care or related field Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
Daily Volume: Up to 10 per day, including some possible telehealth appointments
Will treat chronic medical problems such as diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, degenerative arthritis, depression, congestive heart failure, angina, and pain
EMR: CPRS
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
