About the role

**Position Overview: **

We are seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a dynamic Anesthesiology team.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care in an inpatient environment along with multiple outpatient clinics.
  • Conduct thorough preoperative evaluations, including an assessment of medical histories, identification of patient-specific risk factors, and formulation of anesthesia plans.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to develop and implement tailored anesthesia care protocols.
  • Administer anesthesia for various surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic interventions, prioritizing patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
  • Continuously monitor and manage intraoperative patient parameters, including vital signs, anesthesia depth, and responsiveness to medical interventions.
  • Oversee post-anesthesia care, focusing on pain management and immediate postoperative recovery.
  • Participate in a rotating schedule that encompasses full-time day shifts, on-call duties, and weekend assignments.
  • Travel to various locations as necessary to provide anesthesia services within the health system.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation in EPIC EMR, adhering to all hospital regulations and compliance standards.
  • Assist in fulfilling staffing requirements during times of shortage, collaborating effectively with the anesthesiology department.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital credentialing, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and maintain requisite certifications (BLS, ACLS, CRNA licensure, RN licensure).
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
