The Locum MD will conduct patient assessments, diagnose podiatric conditions, and perform surgical procedures such as wound care and ingrown toenail clippings. They will also collaborate with a healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records.
Candidates must hold an MD degree from an accredited medical school and possess a current medical license to practice in the state. Strong clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are required.

As a Locum MD in Podiatry, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating foot and ankle conditions, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Your expertise will contribute significantly to enhancing the overall health and well-being of our patients, ensuring that they receive the best possible treatment options.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations Diagnose and treat various podiatric conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform surgical procedures as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Stay updated on the latest advancements in podiatry Provide patient education on foot care and preventive measures
MD degree from an accredited medical school Current medical license to practice in the state Experience in podiatry preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to ongoing professional development and education Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
Schedule: 8a-5p, 1 week per month
