The Residential Counselor provides therapeutic support, behavioral assistance, and medication management to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home. They are responsible for documenting client data, facilitating activities, and ensuring a safe, compliant environment.
The Residential Counselor – I/DD provides therapeutic residential support to adult individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will assist with daily living activities and provide behavioral support, medication management and crisis intervention in a group home setting.
• $22.26 to $24.22 per hour based on experience and education.
