UChicago Medicine Medical Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesia Care Team at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey, Illinois.

Case mix includes: General Surgery Orthopedics Spine OB/GYN Ophthalmology Urology Limited healthy pediatric cases at the Ambulatory Surgery Center Rare cranial procedures No trauma case This diverse case mix provides the opportunity to continually build your skills while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

What You’ll Do As a CRNA, you’ll provide high-quality anesthesia care throughout the surgical experience by: Performing comprehensive preoperative patient assessments Developing individualized anesthesia care plans Administering and maintaining anesthesia during procedures Managing patient recovery from anesthesia Providing expert airway management, including: Mask ventilation Laryngeal mask airway placement Endotracheal intubation Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program and possess a valid Registered Professional Nurse or APRN license. A minimum of one year of critical care experience and current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
