Are you tech savvy, organized, and passionate about healthcare? Our medical group is looking for a Medical Records Specialist to help us maintain accurate, efficient, and secure patient records. Key Responsibilities Maintain, organize, and update electronic and paper medical records Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all patient information Process requests for medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist providers and staff with retrieving and documenting patient information Verify patient data, correct discrepancies, and support chart audits Coordinate with insurance companies, labs, and other healthcare facilities as needed If you’re committed to accuracy, confidentiality, and high quality patient care, we’d love to hear from you.
