The successful candidate will provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients, including managing mechanical ventilation and extracorporeal procedures. They will also collaborate with DVMs, perform in-house diagnostics, and provide essential client communication and education.
Candidates must be a registered veterinary technician or experienced veterinary assistant with at least two years of experience in emergency or critical care. Proficiency in medical math, high-acuity patient handling, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset are required.

Our Critical Care team takes care of some of the sickest patients in the hospital and is able to provide advanced care including mechanical ventilation and extracorporeal therapies (therapeutic plasma exchange and hemoperfusion).
