The Registered Nurse is responsible for managing patient care, including coordination, evaluation, and teaching within the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit. They will utilize the nursing process to deliver exceptional treatment to patients with complex cardiac conditions in a collaborative environment.
Candidates must hold an Associate degree in Nursing and a current Michigan RN license, with a BSN preferred or required within five years. BLS certification is mandatory, and previous medical-surgical experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associates degree in Nursing required. BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years. Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required. BLS required. Previous medical surgical experience preferred. Must be computer proficient and have excellent customer service skills.
