The therapist is responsible for developing treatment plans, writing discharge summaries, and providing therapeutic services to patients. They will work collaboratively as part of a treatment team under the supervision of the Clinical Services Director.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess current state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). At least 6 months of experience in a psychiatric facility is required, along with CPR or BLS certification.
Therapist-PRN at our Outpatient Branches , responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Responsible for developing and writing treatment plans and discharge summaries within established time frames and formats. - Is a liaison with other disciplines, colleagues, physicians, families, and outside agencies. - Responsible for assessing, designing, structuring, and implementing therapeutic services that best meets the needs of patients and their families. - Working collaboratively as a treatment team member. Will work under the direct supervision of the Clinical Services Director. Must be licensed to practice psychotherapy in the State of Texas (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or under supervision for licensure (LMSW, LPC-I, or LMFT-A) Prior inpatient adult psychiatric experience preferred.
