0.6 FTE position, weekdays This provider will work autonomously and collaboratively with our palliative care multi-disciplinary teams as a "float" provider at our network hospitals (Community Hospitals North, East, South, Community Heart & Vascular Hospital, Community Howard Regional Hospital, and Community Hospital Anderson) to deliver palliative and health care services to patients.
Focus on the comfort measures of patients, end of life care, symptom management, as well as assisting with consults and new admissions.
