Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients with an emphasis on preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered healthcare outcomes.
Requires a medical degree, board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and a valid state medical license with DEA registration. Must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications and successfully complete the credentialing process.

Require ACLS certification. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
