As a key member of our Team, the Allergy Technician plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care and service. You’ll work across both our Allergy and ENT clinics, combining clinical and administrative responsibilities to help patients achieve optimal health outcomes.
Part-Time Hours: Monday through Friday Work-Life Balance: No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts Paid Time Off: Accrues bi-weekly starting your first day. Upfront PTO bucket received after completion of 90 days Your Responsibilities Conduct allergy testing and administer subcutaneous allergy injections Prepare customized allergy extract prescriptions based on test results Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and allergy procedures Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with providers Perform pulmonary function tests Use EPIC to schedule appointments and manage patient records Collaborate with the Allergy Team to handle calls, messages, and work queues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment What We’re Looking For: Completion of a formal Medical Assistant training program Confidence and experience in administering subcutaneous injections Willingness to travel between our office locations: Edgewood, Florence, Ft. Thomas (KY), and Dearborn (IN)
