Minnesota licensed therapist roles stay selective

Licensed Therapist roles in Minnesota are often driven by steady demand in outpatient behavioral health, especially for clinicians who can support crisis prevention and documentation standards. These positions are competitive because employers typically want a master’s degree, an active Minnesota license such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, plus familiarity with EMR systems and Joint Commission requirements.
