The Registered Nurse will manage medical care and medication oversight for individuals served while responding to emergencies and de-escalating crises. Additionally, the role involves training staff on health and safety protocols and ensuring program compliance with medical regulations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm (30 hrs/wk)

Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served.
Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.
Reguired: Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.
Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.
Language: Must be fluent in English, Multilingual a bonus!
