The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing one-on-one patient care in a home setting. They also provide education and support to the patient's family members.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program and hold a current LPN license in Tennessee. A current CPR certification, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance are also required.
Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Private Duty - Full Time – Nights
