The COTA will assist in planning, organizing, and directing occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. They are responsible for implementing individualized patient care plans and ensuring all therapy documentation adheres to facility policies.
Candidates must hold an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and possess a current COTA license in Colorado. A minimum of one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is required.

Current Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Colorado.
