The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality mammographic imaging while ensuring patient safety and adherence to radiation regulations. They must also maintain accurate patient records, perform quality assurance checks on equipment, and provide compassionate care to patients.

Candidates must hold a Connecticut State License and ARRT Certification with a Mammography modality. Proficiency in human anatomy, proper positioning techniques, and knowledge of MQSA and ACR regulatory standards are required.
