Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor progress, adjust treatments, and provide essential education to patients and their families.
Requires a Master's degree in Nursing or an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, along with active licensure and DEA certification. Candidates must have at least six months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities and one year of experience in neurology.
