The LPN will perform patient intake, record medical histories, and assist providers with examinations and minor surgeries. They are also responsible for administering medications, performing phlebotomy, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted LPN license in Louisiana and possess phlebotomy skills. An associate degree or equivalent certification is required, along with BLS certification and experience with EMR systems.
