Integrated Medical Services (IMS)

The provider will perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. They are also responsible for ordering diagnostic tests, managing prescriptions, and providing patient education and care coordination.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold a valid Arizona license. A minimum of one year of experience in primary care is required.

IMS is currently seeking a full-time, APP Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care department in Payson
• One year of experience in Primary Care is required.
