Conduct in-home nursing assessments and develop personalized care plans for senior clients. Coordinate with management to implement quality care procedures and coach staff on safety protocols.
Part-Time: $60-65/assessment & $35-40/hour on training days; based on applicable skills & experience
This role requires frequent travel to client homes for assessments, re-assessments, and supervisory visits (clients based in Tucker, Lilburn, Snellville, Stone Mountain, and the surrounding areas). These visits will be scheduled according to your personal schedule within 2-5 days ahead of visit.
This role requires you to be in our office every-other week for training days. Training days will be in our Tucker office, where you will be needed for ~2 hours.
