The Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment for clients in an outpatient/substance abuse program. They provide direct services and mobilize resources for individual, group, and family therapy.
A Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field is required, along with eligibility for clinical KY Masters-level licensure. The candidate must maintain current licensure and adhere to ethical guidelines.
The Therapist has the primary responsibility for the assessment, planning and implementation of the treatment for clients in outpatient/substance abuse program. The Therapist provides both direct services and mobilizes the resources of the total treatment milieu.
This includes, but is not limited to, individual, collateral, group and family therapy.
The starting salary for this position is $55,000 annually, which is negotiable based on relevant experience and level of licensure. The position is also eligible for a sign-on bonus starting at $3,000.
