The PRN Nurse provides comprehensive care coordination, clinical assessment, and symptom management for hospice patients. They are responsible for developing individualized care plans and offering emotional support to patients and their families throughout the end-of-life journey.

The PRN Nurse is a growth role to serve patients on our census.
This position could work during the day throughout the week or cover on-call nights and weekends occasionally.
