The LPN performs clinical interventions such as specimen collection, wound care, and medication administration while documenting patient status. They also assist patients with daily living activities and coordinate care by scheduling appointments and managing insurance authorizations.
Applicants must hold a valid Michigan LPN license and have graduated from an accredited LPN or LVN program. Additional requirements include BLS-HCP certification and the ability to obtain IOSH, CAHOC, BAT, and UDS certifications within six months of hire.
