• The caseload will be generated through appointments, in-house referral, the emergency service, and referrals from our community practices.
• In the past, our cardiology service operated at capacity, with a significant wait time for appointments, since opening.
• We expect that a new cardiologist joining our practice will quickly build a caseload.

Requirements

We are seeking applicants that are veterinarians (DVM or equivalent) and have completed a rotating internship. We encourage applicants that have recently finished a rotating internship to apply, as we can provide mentorship, support, and ongoing growth and learning opportunities.

Candidates must demonstrate aptitude for multi-tasking and working successfully in a team environment. The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to the veterinary and technical staff as well as clients and referring veterinarians.
