The LVN is responsible for administering prescribed treatments, monitoring resident status, and conducting rounds. They also supervise nurse aides and collaborate with the RN Manager to ensure quality care standards are met.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited nursing school, and a current Texas LVN license. Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform strenuous movements for most of the shift is required.
