Assist residents with daily personal care, hygiene, and medication administration while providing supervision and companionship. Help develop and update resident service plans while maintaining professional communication with families and staff.
Candidates must hold a current CNA certification and have completed applicable training courses. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with compassion and an understanding of the aging process, are required.
