About the role

The Neurology Veterinary Technician will induce, maintain, and monitor anesthesia for neurologic procedures while assisting with MRI and CT workflows. They will also provide exceptional inpatient care and support neurosurgical procedures alongside specialists.

As we continue to grow, our Neurology Department is expanding. We are looking for a Certified Veterinary Nurse (CVT/LVT/RVT) who thrives in a fast-paced, highly skilled environment and has a strong interest in anesthesia and advanced procedures.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Induce, maintain, and monitor anesthesia for neurologic procedures
  • Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and interpret patient data in real time
  • Assist with MRI/CT workflows and patient preparation
  • Support neurosurgical procedures alongside specialists
  • Provide exceptional inpatient care for neurologic patients
  • Communicate clearly with doctors and team members to ensure seamless case management
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT required)
  • Strong anesthesia skills and experience with advanced monitoring
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-acuity situations
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a highly specialized department
  • Experience in specialty or emergency medicine is preferred but not required for the right candidate with a strong foundation.

Pay Scale

$25-$28.00/hour
