The Transplant Coordinator assesses patient needs, collaborates with the healthcare team, and manages the care pathway for a specific caseload. They are also responsible for patient education, regulatory data reporting, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and have at least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. A valid Basic Life Support certification and a Virginia nursing license are required.
Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for a dedicated Transplant Coordinator - Pre Kidney to join the team. This role will be full-time; Monday-Friday, regular business hours; on-call requirement: remote triage. Relocation assistance eligible.
