The Physical Therapist will perform patient evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, and provide high-quality care using established modalities. They are also responsible for documenting progress, supervising assistive personnel, and communicating effectively with the care team and patients.

This role is PRN/As Needed, Days Vary.
We are open Monday - Thursday, 7:00am-7:00pm and Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm.
We offer a 1 x 1 patient service model.

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Responsibilities: Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Licensure: Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges) Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association upon start
Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
