The Nurse Practitioner will manage complex cases for critically ill patients within the Intensive Care Unit. They will collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and have successfully completed an approved Nurse Practitioner program. Current licensure in the state of North Carolina is required.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. This role follows a 7 on / 7 off rotating schedule, offering the opportunity for work-life balance while providing intensive care to critically ill patients. The NP will manage complex cases, collaborate with medical staff, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Advanced procedural skills (e.g., central/arterial line placement, intubation) if within scope
Strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and communication skills
Comfortable with EMR systems and ICU technology
