Forge Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Clinician to join our West Deptford, NJ clinic. This role includes a mix of in-person and telehealth care, with opportunities to provide individual therapy, outpatient group therapy, and intensive outpatient programming for individuals managing mental health and substance use conditions. This position sits in our West Deptford, NJ office and reports directly to our Clinic Director.

Compensation for this role is $35-46/clinical hour based on a per-session hourly rate, with the ability to earn quarterly incentive opportunities. Administrative time is paid at a separate hourly rate. Exact compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, and location.
Please note, we require a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week.

Candidates must hold a valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as an LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT and possess a Master's degree in a clinical field. Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations and familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations are required.
