The technologist is responsible for performing CT scans and diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. They must maintain accurate documentation, facilitate patient flow, and collaborate with team members to provide high-quality care.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and have completed an A.M.A. approved radiologic technology program. Current ARRT certification, CT certification, and BLS certification are required, along with a Connecticut state license.

This Position Is Responsible For And Being Proficient In All Aspects Of Ct Scanning And Diagnostic Imaging. Performs A Variety Of Radiologic Procedures At A Technical Level; Assumes Responsibility For Designated Areas Or Procedures As Required. Frequent Contact With Acutely Ill Patients; Exposure To Interventional Procedures, Body Fluids, And Radiation. .
