Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Conduct physical examinations, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions while maintaining clear communication with the clinical team.
Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a valid license in Virginia. Requires 1-2 years of primary care experience, preferably with geriatric or hospice patients.

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and palliative care patients in the Takoma Park, MD. This position will take place in one of our SNF's. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician, and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.
• $$+ (depending on experience and other incentives)
