The Registered Nurse provides direct professional nursing care and utilizes the nursing process to develop and implement resident care plans. They also serve as a charge nurse, supervising unlicensed personnel and coordinating services across the care continuum.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Iowa. One year of nursing or long-term care experience is preferred, and CPR certification must be obtained within three months of hire.
