The nurse will provide clinical support across multiple hospital units within a designated zone to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. They are responsible for facilitating care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient safety in accordance with nursing standards.

The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system.
Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities.
This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Enterprise Pool 2: Full and Part Time schedules available Variable shifts available- includes Nights and Days Base rate + $6.75/hr pool differential + Eligible for evening $2.75/hr, night $5.75/hr, and weekend $2.00 differentials Assigned to one of four zones.
Zone is determined based on your home location.
Must be able to travel all hospitals assigned within that zone.

Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact, Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. Upon issuance of a new multistate license, the former license is inactivated. Candidates must hold a valid RN license and possess at least 24 months of hospital experience in the relevant specialty area. A nursing diploma or associate degree is required, along with American Heart Association BLS certification.
