The Physical Therapist is responsible for completing patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They must also ensure all documentation is accurate and timely while adhering to established clinical policies and procedures.
Candidates must hold a valid professional license in the state of practice and be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program. Foreign-trained applicants must have their credentials deemed equivalent to U.S. entry-level standards by an APTA-approved organization.
