The Behavioral Health Crisis Therapist conducts mental health and substance abuse evaluations to develop appropriate treatment plans for patients in crisis. They provide 24-hour emergency resources, triage patients in medical settings, and coordinate care between providers and inpatient units.
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a mental health-related field and possess an active LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Indiana. A minimum of two years of experience in mental health treatment is required, with preference given to those with crisis triage and risk assessment experience.

Make a Difference The Behavioral Health Crisis Therapist conducts crisis mental health and substance abuse evaluations for consumers. Evaluates biopsychosocial status and needs for the development of an appropriate treatment/crisis plan. Provides 24-hour mental health/substance abuse emergency resources to persons in central Indiana.
