The Nurse Practitioner will diagnose and treat acute or chronic illnesses for patients within senior care facilities. They are responsible for ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and maintaining detailed patient health records.
Candidates must hold a current and valid NP license in Minnesota and possess at least 6 months of prior NP work experience. Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies is required, while nursing home and pulmonary experience are preferred.

Under the direction of the Clinical Operations, the NP diagnoses and treats acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, as part of a healthcare team within Senior Care Facilities.
Minimum Requirements: Current and valid NP licensure in MN Access to insured, reliable transportation 6 months of prior NP work experience Experience with vents and trachs Preferred Requirements: 2+ years Nursing Home Experience 2+ years of Pulmonary experience 2+ years of prior NP work experience Professional Skills: Compassionate Resilience Integrity and Humility Inspired Innovation Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving. Effective planning, communication, and organizational skills
