The therapist is responsible for conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant human services field and possess an active clinical license in Alaska. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings is strongly preferred.
Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a clinically skilled Therapist to provide direct therapeutic services within our behavioral health and substance use treatment programs. This role is responsible for comprehensive clinical assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, family engagement, crisis intervention, and coordination of care throughout the patient’s treatment episode.
The Therapist manages an assigned caseload and collaborates closely with medical providers, case management, and interdisciplinary treatment teams to deliver ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
