Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient Rehab needed in Pikeville, KY
📍 Location: Pikeville Medical Center; 911 S Bypass Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501
We’re looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to support a renewable contract at a medical center in Pikeville. This is a solid opportunity for someone local to Eastern Kentucky with traveling experience or a traveler looking for a stable assignment with housing provided.
Pay: $50/hr with free housing provided OR $70/hr all-inclusive rate
Schedule: 12-hour shifts x 4 days
13 weeks contract, renewable
What you’d be doing: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals
Provide intensive, evidence-based therapy for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, or surgery
Documenting patient progress and updates
Active Kentucky Speech Pathologist license: At least 1 year of travel experience
IPR and acute care skill level experience
AHA BLS certification
