The therapist is responsible for providing group counseling services and psycho-educational exercises within an outpatient program. They must also perform crisis intervention as needed and build effective therapeutic relationships with patients.
A Master's degree in a behavioral health field such as counseling, social work, or psychology is required. Candidates must also possess current HWC and CPR certifications and a valid Tennessee driver's license.
