The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and monitor resident conditions within an assisted living facility. They will also document care in the EHR and serve as a clinical resource for nursing assistants.
Candidates must hold an active South Carolina LPN license in good standing. Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude are required for this role.
