We're looking for individuals who take joy in providing excellent, personalized care for those struggling with a temporary set-back or a terminal diagnosis. Our team of CNA's, along with our LVN's and RN's, seek not only accurate medical care but also enriching personal interactions for our patients in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Patients and their families often comment that they love our staff's friendliness and dedication -- and we're looking for more people who share that mindset.
The CNA's will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care by following federal, state, and company regulations/policies, directing and documenting nursing duties, monitoring and reviewing care plans and procedures, reporting to the Director of Staff Development and Director of Nursing, and leading by positive example.
