The role involves practicing as a full-time Interventional Radiologist providing a full spectrum of IR service lines, including complex procedures like interventional oncology, PAD, portal venous interventions, and stroke thrombectomy. Additionally, the position includes providing subspecialty interpretations for all vascular imaging modalities such as CTA, MRA, and vascular US.
Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is seeking a full-time Fellowship-Trained Interventional Radiologist to join our established, physician-led practice in Idaho Falls and Pocatello, Idaho. This position offers a high-percentage IR-focused role within a collaborative, clinically sophisticated environment.
Our practice supports a broad range of interventional radiology service lines with opportunities for procedural diversity, clinical growth, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
High-percentage interventional radiology practice
Comprehensive IR service lines including interventional oncology, PAD, portal venous interventions, and outpatient vein services
Participation in advanced vascular imaging interpretation (CTA, MRA, vascular ultrasound)
Stroke Center - Large vessel occlusion stroke thrombectomy management required but onsite training and experience is offered.
Outpatient clinic supporting complex consultation and follow-up.
Collaborative care model with referring providers and subspecialty colleagues

The salary range for this position is $600,000–$800,000.
Final compensation may vary based on several factors, including experience, training, geographic considerations, and individual productivity. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
