Why You’ll Love Working Here Sign-on bonus available to make your transition smooth and exciting Competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience A balanced caseload that includes both medical and surgical cases A dedicated, highly skilled support staff that’s always ready to lend a hand A collaborative, easy-going team culture that values communication, learning, and laughter Mentorship opportunities for new graduates and professional development for experienced doctors Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a key member of our veterinary team, you will: Examine and treat companion animals to detect and determine the nature of diseases or injuries Operate diagnostic equipment, collect and interpret samples, and make accurate medical decisions Advise pet owners on preventive care, treatment options, and wellness plans Perform surgery and prescribe medications as needed Provide compassionate guidance and support for end-of-life care when appropriate Maintain thorough, accurate medical records for all patients Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, laws, and clinic policies What You’ll Bring DVM/VMD degree from an accredited AVMA institution Active (or eligible) Wisconsin veterinary license DEA/BNDD eligibility Excellent communication and client service skills A collaborative, team-first mindset A passion for providing exceptional care to pets and the people who love them Why You’ll Love Waupaca Located in the heart of Wisconsin, Waupaca offers small-town charm with easy access to Appleton and Stevens Point.

Requirements
