Responsibilities

Lead therapy sessions using a virtual platform Help clients work through personal and relational challenges Develop structured treatment plans based on client goals Complete required clinical documentation Maintain a full weekday caseload Ensure adherence to privacy and care standards Active LMFT license in Nebraska Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience working with relational or family-based cases Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload Strong written and verbal communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical perspective into a setting where your work directly improves how people relate and connect.
